MC LEAN, VA - The Retail Bakers of America (RBA) today announced the launch of the Retail Bakers Industry Search. This valuable new business tool will be available to all RBA members from a link on the RBA homepage (www.rbanet.com). The Retail Bakers Industry Search will feature a broad array of products and services listings relevant to the baking industry that will aid RBA's members in their purchasing decisions.
"Our members can now seek out industry-specific companies using keywords in the Retail Bakers Industry Search, helping them solve problems and maximize the performance of their bakeries," said RBA Executive Vice President, Susan Nicolais, CAE. "We are pleased to be offering this new and most valuable tool to our members."
Within the Retail Bakers Industry Search, two different methods of searching for products and services are available; a keyword-driven, search-engine search or a category search by business type.
The Retail Bakers Industry Search is a powerful search engine that continually indexes the websites of all companies represented in the list. Therefore, searchers can easily locate products and services unique to the baking industry without the clutter of a general Internet search.
RBA partnered with MultiView, Inc., an Irving, Texas-based publisher of electronic buyer and supplier guides, to develop the Retail Bakers Industry Search. "For the first time, those professionals in the retail baking industry will have access to specialized products and services through the industry's leading resource," said Dan Maitland, MultiView president.
